🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, esp. enterprise AI, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong engineering background with hands-on AI/ML/LLM deployment experience.
• Experience designing APIs, SDKs, and shared services for use by other teams.
• Comfortable working across teams, mentoring others, and partnering with stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of LLM APIs, vector stores, RAG, evals, agent frameworks, Cursor.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and Git version control.
• Delivery-focused mindset; comfortable in regulated, multi-product engineering environments.
