AI Solutions & Architecture Lead

📋 Description

• Architect scalable enterprise apps; integrate AI tech like LLMs/GenAI where beneficial.
• Design and maintain enterprise reference architectures for traditional and AI-enabled systems.
• Lead multi-domain solution design across CX, HR, IT, finance, and ops with AI value.
• Drive client engagements from discovery to proposal; translate requirements into viable solutions.
• Develop reusable architecture components and templates to streamline delivery.
• Define scope of architectures; align timelines, resources, and pricing with Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IS, or related field.
• 8+ years in software/solution architecture with AI exposure.
• AI/ML concepts and tools: LLMs (OpenAI/Claude), LangChain, RAG.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions across CX, HR tech, ITSM, and digital ops.
• Full-stack development: Python, JavaScript, React, FastAPI.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
