📋 Description

• Serve as lead technical assessor on readiness diagnostics: data, architecture, tooling, and
• Translate diagnostic findings into buildable roadmaps and scoped, priced statements of work.
• Personally design and ship early client builds: agents, workflow automation, and data products.
• Define the practice's technical delivery method: agentic design patterns, evaluation, security, and
• Own the practice's platform depth across Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, Cowork, MCP integration
• Build and lead the Delivery Pod: hire and coach AI and data engineers; quality-assure every build.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years across solutions architecture, engineering leadership, or applied AI, including 3+ years
• Have taken large language model or agentic systems to production at enterprise scale, beyond proofs
• Deep hands-on capability: Python and TypeScript; orchestration and loop design; subagent patterns
• Enterprise architecture and security fluency: identity, data protection, deployment models
• Commercial scoping and estimation discipline; comfortable owning margin on technical work.
• Consulting or professional services delivery background.
