AI Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Find high-leverage AI opportunities across Chainguard.
• Build internal prototypes: workflows, prompts, tools.
• Partner with owners and the AI Council to validate opportunities.
• Build with approved tools; maintain data hygiene and security.
• Document and share work via Builder Hours and demos.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building software, automation, or internal tooling.
• Hands-on AI tooling: Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor.
• Wire APIs and automations across Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub.
• Proficient in Go and/or Python; strong problem solving.
• Strong communication; remote, global collaboration.
• Translate fuzzy needs into shippable prototypes.
