📋 Description

• Partner directly with stakeholders across the business to translate operational bottlenecks into
• Build, iterate on, and productionize full-stack internal applications and automations (primarily
• Design and maintain reliable, governed integrations with core enterprise systems and data sources
• Own the full lifecycle of the solutions you build. All the way from rapid prototyping and
• Collaborate with the AI Platform Lead to develop, operate, and scale our AWS-based internal
• Build for scale rather than one-offs: when an application needs a new integration pattern

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or
• Systems and platform mindset: you naturally look past the immediate ticket to see how a solution
• Strong appreciation for governance, security, and auditability: comfortable working in an
• Strong proficiency in Python (e.g., FastAPI) and/or TypeScript/React, plus solid relational
• Practical Cloud & DevOps experience on AWS (e.g., ECS/Fargate or containers, IAM
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, automated testing and security
