📋 Description

• Design, build and improve AI agent flows in Salesforce Agentforce
• Develop prompts, actions, flows, and integrations for Kara
• Maintain Agentforce knowledge base with KCS-aligned content
• Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Service Cloud, DMS, Fusion
• Evaluate external LLMs (Claude API, Copilot Studio) capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce platform development: Flows, Apex, LWC
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI or similar platforms
• Strong API integration patterns to connect AI with data sources
• Experience with LLM APIs (Claude, Azure OpenAI) or willing to learn
• Understanding of prompt engineering, grounding, guardrails, quality
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
