📋 Description

• Drive AI solutioning through pre-sales in healthcare deals from discovery to close
• Diagnose client problems with AI, propose AI-enabled strategies to transform operations
• Research industry landscape to tailor use-case materials for meetings
• Develop deep expertise in Healthcare Solutions to identify high-value use cases
• Feed insights to AEs to sharpen pitches and differentiate offerings
• Co-design solutions with engineering and build demos/POCs on platform

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in sales engineering/solutions consulting/product management, healthcare focus
• CS/engineering/math degree; ability to prototype with Python/SQL
• Hands-on GenAI solution experience; build demos/POCs on Distillery
• Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes for executives
• Strong SQL/Python data skills; healthcare data formats a plus
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior executives
