🎯 Requirements

• Extensive consulting experience delivering AI or enterprise transformation in Financial Services.
• Proven track record advising C-suite and leading strategic transformations.
• Strong expertise in AI strategy, governance, operating models and value realization.
• Commercially minded with experience winning engagements and leading teams.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management for executive audiences.
