Conduct enablement and configuration sessions across product portfolio
Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams
Coordinate multiple workstreams for product activation and rollout planning
Build relationships with executive sponsors and align goals with OpenAI
Translate objectives into an adoption roadmap with milestones and KPIs
Partner with SA, Product, Eng, and Research to surface feedback; keep teams aligned
Guide value realization with baselines, KPIs, and post deployment reporting
Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices
Help drive expansions by identifying high-leverage opportunities for new workflows
Serve as the technical advisor for existing customer implementations
