📋 Description

Lead post-sale technical relationship with EDU customers (deployment, security)
Drive adoption and value realization across OpenAI platform in EDU accounts
Map workflows, enablement, deployment plans, and success milestones
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Research
Deliver technical configuration across ChatGPT Edu, API, connectors, and Agents
Build adoption roadmaps, KPIs, and stakeholder ownership across launches

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., TAM, GenAI consulting)
Hands-on knowledge of OpenAI APIs, SDKs, connectors; explain tradeoffs
Translate technical concepts into institutional value for leaders
Map workflows, diagnose adoption challenges, and build rollout plans
Excellent PM across multi-stakeholder environments
Partner with C-level and academic leaders while engaging technical teams
High ownership with fast decision making in dynamic settings
Proven deployments driving adoption and measurable value
