AI Success Engineer - Healthcare & Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Lead post-sale technical relationships; advise on deployment and value realization
• Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing deployment success
• Be expert in OpenAI products (API, Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise) and enable sessions
• Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams to map workflows
• Lead account-level coordination across multiple workstreams: activation, change mgmt, rollout
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and align goals with OpenAI capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, GenAI consulting, or deployment)
• Experience with healthcare or life-sciences orgs; understand data, workflows, and regulations
• Scientific or clinical training in medicine, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or public health
• Deep knowledge of OpenAI products: APIs, SDKs, connectors; explain behavior and tradeoffs
• Experience deploying tech in regulated enterprises (auth, encryption, data classification, auditability)
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript; REST APIs, SDKs, automation, CI/CD, containers
