🎯 Requirements

Proven track record owning a conversational AI/chatbot program end to end (vendor relationship
Fluent in AI program metrics (containment/deflection/resolution quality/CSAT, human escalation
People management experience with hiring, development, and goal accountability.
Strong cross-functional operator able to partner with Support Operations and Engineering for clean
Comfortable owning and managing a vendor relationship beyond using a platform.
