📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for FDE, FDX (Software Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Architect, Leaders
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring criteria, and sourcing strategy
• Manage pipelines across multiple active requisitions simultaneously, maintaining rigor and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced technical environment, ideally at an
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software
• Demonstrates personal AI adoption — uses AI tools as part of their recruiting workflow, not just
• Experience building talent community: events, meetups, professional networks, or university
• Familiarity with forward-deployed or embedded consulting models is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with C-level and
