📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize AI-first systems and solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary AI team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and AI use cases
• Translate abstract business problems into concrete, innovative AI solutions
• Drive code quality, robust architecture, and documentation within technical teams
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and upskilling within the AI team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering and 10+ years of overall work experience
• Proficiency with programming languages such as Python
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices including source control, CI/CD, and automated
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and managed AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI development
• Understanding of AI Concepts like LLMs, RAG, AgenticAI, MCPs. Stay updated with the latest AI
