📋 Description

• Own the AI-level configuration, system prompts, and governance standards for every tool in the
• Act as the human review layer for AI-generated content and submissions, serving as the final
• Enforce the tool ownership model, ensuring every approved marketing AI tool has a named owner
• Maintain the internal prompt library, approved-use guidelines, and minimum starting prompts
• Partner with the Marketing AI Engineer to onboard new tools and workflows through the appropriate
• Surface tool-level usage patterns and review volume to inform resourcing and governance decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a marketing operations or marketing technology role with tool administration
• Hands-on experience working with at least one enterprise AI or generative AI platform at an
• Demonstrated understanding of system-level prompt architecture and how AI configuration affects
• Strong process orientation with the ability to build governance workflows and documentation
• Familiarity with Marketo, Workfront, or similar enterprise marketing platforms.
• Clear, precise written communication and strong attention to detail.
