AI Transformation Consultant

📋 Description

• Diagnose where AI creates value across the client’s value chain; cut hype from what pays in ~90
• Design and run transformation engagements: workshops, hands-on enablement, and multi-week delivery
• Rebuild concrete processes (ops, finance, sales, HR, support, engineering) around trusted company
• Stand up governed foundations on Keboola (and the client’s warehouse stack) so people and agents
• Facilitate change: stakeholders, ownership, risk, and human-approval guardrails so trust scales
• Coach client teams to independence; measure ROI per process and kill what doesn’t pay.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting, digital / data transformation, professional services, or an
• Proven ability to facilitate executives and delivery teams; excellent structured communication in
• A track record of generating your own pipeline and closing consulting or services deals.
• Experience with value-based delivery, where engagements are scoped and measured on client outcomes.
