AI Transformation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation strategy for clients in energy, transportation, and industrial sectors.
• Partner with executives to identify AI value opportunities and build roadmaps.
• Drive delivery and change management to scale pilots into operating reality.
• Manage multiple workstreams, governance, and KPIs to measure impact.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to ETI practice development.
• Present progress to executive stakeholders and advise on tool adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years in management consulting, business transformation, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy to implementation.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, or workflow automation (practitioner/evaluator
• Strong executive communication and ability to manage multiple client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/Certifications preferred.
• Experience with energy, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus.
