AI Transformation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation strategy with executives and operators
• Drive delivery and change management for AI initiatives
• Translate AI capabilities into business cases and roadmaps
• Lead workshops on AI strategy, prioritization, and adoption
• Manage multiple workstreams with scope, timelines, and risks
• Present progress to executives and mentor junior consultants

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years in management consulting or digital transformation
• Experience leading cross-functional programs from strategy to implementation
• Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and automation platforms
• Experience with engaging business and technical stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/Scrum/Lean Six Sigma certs are a plus
