AI Transformation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead AI transformation strategy for clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors
• Identify where AI creates value and build roadmaps to scale adoption
• Drive change management to turn pilots into production
• Collaborate with executives, operators, and ETI team to align stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams and governance
• Present progress to executive sponsors and mentor junior consultants

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years in management consulting, transformation, or digital programs
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy to implementation
• Strong ability to identify process improvements and drive change
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, automation platforms
• Experience with AI platforms/tools (OpenAI, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI)
• Experience with Agile delivery; PMP/Scrum/Lean Six Sigma certs are a plus
