📋 Description

• Lead enterprise AI programs for banking clients, aligning AI investments with strategy.
• Define AI roadmaps, operating models, and transformation strategies.
• Advise executives on AI opportunities in lending, servicing, risk, and back-office transformation.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and delivery teams to scale AI solutions.
• Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership and market offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting/tech transformation with AI in banking.
• Deep understanding of banking ops, digital banking, lending, risk, and compliance.
• Proven success in executive relationships, leading engagements, and business development.
• Knowledge of foundation models, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; bridge strategy and delivery; NY office three days/week.
• Experience developing enterprise AI strategies for retail, commercial, or digital banking.
