🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or software engineering transformation, esp. financial services.
• Proven record in SDLC, engineering modernization, DevSecOps, QE, developer experience, and enterprise AI transformation.
• Experience defining AI/GenAI, automation, and SDD strategies; translate use cases into value.
• Regulated tech environments (risk, cybersecurity, privacy); proven client leadership and revenue outcomes.
• Executive communication and leadership; align business strategy with AI and delivery.
