• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities

• Collaborate with tech, product, and data teams to scale pilots
• Measure impact and drive adoption across functions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–7 years in consulting or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with digital, data, automation, or AI in a consulting/enterprise setting
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts (LLMs, agents, copilots)
• Hands-on with AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini)
• Ability to translate business problems into structured solutions

• Base salary ranges: Consultant $93,800-$116,300; Senior Consultant $130,600-$135,700
