📋 Description

• Assess whether designs are clear, functional, visually coherent, accessible, and effective in
• Identify weaknesses and clearly explain issues related to visual hierarchy, typography, spacing
• Refine, restyle, or recreate designs that do not meet the required quality standard, producing
• Write precise, well-reasoned annotations and critiques that explain the differences between
• Support the creation and labeling of high-quality datasets covering graphic design, interface
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop evaluation tasks, scoring rubrics

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional design expertise in at least one discipline, such as graphic design
• A strong portfolio, personal website, Behance, Dribbble, ArtStation, shipped product, published
• Strong command of fundamental design principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, spacing
• Ability to evaluate design quality outside your primary specialization and clearly articulate what
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly for producing critiques
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality when working across
