• Turn creative briefs into AI-generated short-form videos end to end
• Direct the shoot through prompting to achieve composition, lighting, color, motion, pacing
• Build and maintain a library of prompt techniques and workflows
• Follow Canva's quality, safety and brand standards; flag risks
• Provide structured feedback on AI tools and outputs
• Stay updated on fast-moving AI video landscape and bring best practices back

🎯 Requirements

• Deep visual storytelling craft: composition, lighting, color, motion, pacing
• Hands-on cross-platform creator with generative AI video tools (Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, CapCut
• Strong prompt-engineering skills and rapid iteration
• Experience delivering high volumes under tight deadlines; end-to-end production pipeline
• Good creative judgement; know when results are ready or need another pass
• Specific, craft-focused feedback; raise risks early
