AI Voice Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI agent experience for Early Access customers, from implementation to production.
• Partner with customers to translate their workflows into agent behavior.
• Configure AI agents: voices, personas, prompts, and performance.
• Improve agent fluency through pronunciation tuning, normalization, and domain language.
• Drive deployments to defined quality standards: CFL, latency, and resolution targets.
• Analyze live conversations to identify improvements and iterate.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
• Serve as trusted advisor through the customer journey, enabling confident deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing implementations for complex technical products.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent behavior.
• Experience with text-to-speech (TTS), voice interfaces, or NLP is highly desirable.
• Excellent written communication to craft natural AI personalities and conversational experiences.
• Strong customer consulting and relationship management, with executive stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with metrics and customer feedback to improve product outcomes.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
