AIOps Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the AI Ops team to design, ship, and scale automations and AI agents.
• Own delivery, development, and day-to-day direction for the team from day one.
• Collaborate with internal software teams to integrate AI into products and operations.
• Build production-grade multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines for internal knowledge retrieval.
• Scale tooling to support 2,500+ employees across global operations.
• Define the AI ops strategy and roadmap for a brand-new function.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building production-grade automations and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience creating multi-agent systems with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or
• Experience with RAG pipelines for internal knowledge/workflow automation.
• Background in enterprise tooling and rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Vercel/Railway); identity
• People leadership experience; ability to own a team's delivery and development.
