Track and evaluate air cleaning tech; review installation and maintenance needs.
Build/maintain a live ACT product roadmap and TPP.
Design IAQ pilots, run RFPs, execute pilots, and scale capacity.
Create playbooks for IAQ initiatives and address blockers at scale.
Conduct focus groups with facilities, people, and finance leaders on IAQ.
Build relationships with manufacturers, installers, servicers in air cleaning tech.

🎯 Requirements

7-10+ years in high-impact strategy/ops, special projects, or commercial roles.
Highly self-directed, hands-on project owner who drives outcomes.
Expert communicator (written and verbal) for executives and non-experts.
Experience evaluating physical products/tech (HVAC/MEP familiarity).
Experience managing pilots/POCs for physical product installations, incl. RFP/vendor selection.
Experience leading stakeholder interviews/focus groups; translate findings into actions.
