Document interactions, implementation progress, and next steps.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or related roles.
Strong presentation and customer training skills.
Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot software workflows.
Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
