Review technical records and logistics for aircraft/engine acquisition
Perform physical aircraft surveys and records evaluations for regulatory compliance
Assist VP Maintenance/DOM in conformity of acquired aircraft and engines
Forecast and schedule aircraft maintenance, materials, and manpower for FAA Part 135
Build, monitor, audit, and close work order packages; supervise progress
Coordinate with inventory control to ensure parts for planned maintenance

🎯 Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; learn company OS
Proficient with CAMPS, FlightDocs, CMP maintenance tracking systems
High school diploma; associate degree or higher preferred
Follow FAA guidelines, Op Specs, GMM and related manuals
Able to work with mechanics, supervisors, staff professionally
Effective verbal and written communication
