📋 Description

• Day-to-day relationship management with airline partners.
• Maintain airline performance reporting and supplier frameworks.
• Coordinate internal teams to align airline requirements.
• Manage pipeline and ongoing conversations to progress work.
• Build and improve internal docs, trackers, and processes.
• London hybrid policy; Europe remote option.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in account management, partnerships, or commercial operations.
• Travel industry experience, airlines or distribution; GDS/NDC familiarity.
• Data literacy: comfortable with data/reporting and trend analysis.
• Operational excellence: organised, proactive, structured.
• Clear communication between partners and internal teams.
