🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM (Engineering preferred: Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Systems).
  • 6+ years of airworthiness experience in aviation/aerospace.
  • Deep knowledge of MIL-HDBK 516 or 14 CFR Part 25 (and Part 23) regulations.
  • Experience obtaining and maintaining airworthiness certifications (military and civil).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
