AIT Electrical Engineer (all gender)

📋 Description

• prepare tests for electrical and mechanical subsystems in an AIT environment
• set up test equipment, tools, and test configurations
• perform hands-on testing and monitor complex hardware during test campaigns
• develop and update test procedures and validation steps
• analyse test results and make assessments on deviations, supporting root-cause investigations
• document all test activities in line with project and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
• initial practical experience in testing (e.g., test execution, test setups, early-stage procedures
• experience in AIT
• structured, analytical, and detail-oriented testing mindset
• comfortable working both hands-on and digitally (documentation, procedure writing)
• neither purely manufacturing-focused nor purely software-focused — enjoys combining hardware
