• Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with Salmon’s objectives.
• Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycles from outreach to contract execution.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with external partners for mutual success.
• Collaborate with Product, Manager, ALDI Sales Lead, and Ops to develop initiatives.
• Upload documents in CRM and monitor contract activations.
• Represent Salmon at industry events and partner meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related discipline (advantage).
• 1-2 years in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Proven track record negotiating and managing partnership agreements.
• Familiarity with fintech, lending, or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical capabilities.
