ALDI Territory Supervisor (Mindanao)

📋 Description

• Supervise store teams to meet daily ops and sales targets.
• Partner with ALDI Sales Lead to implement sales strategies and promotions.
• Monitor in-store metrics; provide reports, feedback, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Salmon Financing Inc.’s standards and policies.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance and staff engagement.
• Coach and motivate team members for productivity and service excellence.
• Address customer concerns and operational challenges promptly.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, HR to resolve issues and support store needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or field ops.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, retail metrics, and inventory control.
• Experience with ALDI stores or financial/consumer goods retail is a plus.
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
• Customer-focused with calm, professional handling of challenges.
• Comfortable working independently in offsite/field-based settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
