🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or related field (or equivalent).
2-3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in retail or field ops.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, retail metrics, and inventory control.
Experience with ALDI stores or financial/consumer goods retail is a plus.
