• Supervise store teams to ensure daily ops and sales targets.
• Partner with ALDI Sales Lead to implement strategies.
• Monitor in-store metrics and provide timely reports.

• Conduct regular store visits and staff coaching.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/leadership in retail or field ops.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and inventory control.
• Experience with ALDI stores or financial/consumer goods retail is a plus.
