🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/leadership in retail or field ops.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, inventory control.
• Experience working with ALDI stores or financial/consumer goods retail a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
