Monitor metrics, coordinate with departments to resolve issues, and provide reports.
Ensure compliance with Salmon's standards, policies, and service guidelines.
Conduct store visits and audits to assess performance and staff engagement.
Coach and mentor staff to deliver service excellence.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
2–3 years supervisory/leadership experience in retail.
Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and inventory.
Experience with ALDI stores or financial/consumer goods retail is a plus.
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems; customer-focused.
