ALG Head of Impact

📋 Description

• Build trust architecture for ALG's impact at scale.
• Lead rigorous research: RCTs, quasi-experimental, longitudinal studies.
• Develop data pipelines, QA, governance for audit-ready impact data.
• Define standards for internal vs donor-facing impact claims.
• Turn evidence into learning, fundraising assets, and public thought leadership.
• Lead the Impact Team; collaborate with product, data, fundraising, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in impact evaluation, applied research, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in RCTs, quasi-experimental methods, causal inference.
• Experience designing external evaluations with researchers or funders.
• Strong data fluency: dashboards, data pipelines, CRM, survey tools.
• Ability to translate complex research into donor, board, and public materials.
• Experience cross-functional work with product, data, engineering, fundraising.
