Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote reviews to assess client environments and identify improvements.
• Maintain, update, and retire client standards templates as tech needs evolve.
• Develop strong technical knowledge of assigned client environments, systems, and infrastructure.
• Review and maintain accurate client documentation.
• Identify technical risks and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
• Proactively monitor and improve client infrastructure through remote management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT administration, tech support, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT and telecom infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Experience with network and workstation OS, including Windows environments.
• Knowledge of web tech, internet systems, and modern IT infra concepts.
• Degree or equivalent in CS, IT, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
