Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote alignment reviews to assess client environments.
• Maintain, update, and retire client standards templates.
• Develop deep knowledge of assigned client environments and infrastructure.
• Review and keep client documentation accurate and up to date.
• Identify technical risks and propose solutions with internal teams.
• Provide recommendations and best practices across client environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT administration or technical support.
• Strong IT/telecom infra, hardware, and software knowledge.
• Experience with Windows OS on desktops and laptops.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; problem-solving.
