Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote standards and alignment reviews to assess client environments.
• Maintain, update, and retire client standards templates.
• Develop strong technical knowledge of client environments and infrastructure.
• Review and maintain accurate client documentation.
• Identify technical risks and recommend solutions with internal teams.
• Proactively monitor and improve client infrastructure remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT administration, technical support, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of web technologies and modern IT infra.
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
