3+ years in IT admin or tech support
Windows OS experience
Degree in Computer Science or IT
Strong written and verbal English
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VLANs, and firewalls
Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or 3CX Basic Certified Engineer
