📋 Description

• Perform remote reviews to align client environments with standards.
• Update and retire client standards templates as tech evolves.
• Develop knowledge of client environments, systems, and infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records.
• Identify risks and propose solutions with internal teams.
• Monitor and improve client infra via remote management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT administration or tech support.
• Strong IT/telecom infra knowledge: hardware and software.
• Experience with Windows operating systems on workstations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VLANs, firewalls.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or 3CX.
• Excellent English communication and client-service mindset.
• Remote-ready with reliable hardware and steady connectivity.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous yet collaborative.
