Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote alignment reviews to assess client environments.
• Maintain, update, and retire client standards templates.
• Build strong technical knowledge of client systems and infrastructure.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Proactively monitor and improve client infrastructure remotely.
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years IT administration or similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows environments (workstations/servers).
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
