Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote alignment reviews to assess client environments and identify improvements.
• Maintain and update client standards templates as technologies evolve.
• Build technical knowledge of client environments, systems, and infrastructure.
• Review documentation to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Identify technical risks and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
• Proactively monitor and improve client infrastructure through remote management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
• Strong understanding of IT/telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Experience with Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
