Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote standards and alignment reviews to assess client environments and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain, update, and retire client standards templates as technologies and business requirements evolve.
• Develop strong technical knowledge of assigned client environments, systems, and infrastructure.
• Review and maintain accurate client documentation, ensuring information is complete and up to date.
• Identify technical risks and collaborate with internal teams to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Proactively monitor and improve client infrastructure through remote management activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, technical support, or a similar technology-focused role.
• Strong understanding of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
• Experience with network and workstation operating systems, including Microsoft Windows environments.
• Knowledge of web technologies, internet systems, and modern IT infrastructure concepts.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
