Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote alignment reviews of client environments.
• Maintain and update client standards templates as technologies evolve.
• Develop strong knowledge of client environments and infrastructure.
• Review and maintain accurate client documentation.
• Identify risks and propose solutions with internal teams.
• Proactively monitor and improve client infrastructure remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT administration or technical support.
• Strong IT and telecommunications infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with Windows OS and network/workstation environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
