Alignment Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform remote reviews to assess client environments and identify improvements.
• Maintain, update, and retire client standards as tech evolves.
• Develop knowledge of client environments, systems, and infrastructure.
• Review and maintain accurate client documentation; ensure completeness.
• Identify technical risks and propose solutions with internal teams.
• Provide technical recommendations and best practices across client environments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT administration or tech support.
• Strong understanding of IT and telecom infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• MSPs, virtual CIOs, or standards committees experience a plus.
