📋 Description

• Run end-to-end OSINT operations across SE Asia to produce targeting-ready intel.
• Trace scam networks geographically using cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, adtech.
• Process high-volume investigative returns and feed data into TRM pipelines.
• Pivot from a single lead to broader operational networks and actionable leads.
• Partner with Scams SME team, on-chain analysts, and DC targeting cell.
• Build TRM's APAC field presence and targeting capability from the ground up.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizen; Bangkok presence or willingness for extensive APAC travel
• 3-5+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience
• OSINT tradecraft: cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, adtech, attribution, link analysis
• Targeting & Analytical Skills: experience building operational intelligence for gov or law enforcement
• APAC operational experience: SEA field experience; regional language skills differentiator
• AI & Investigative Fluency: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate workflows and draft outputs
